It's all a bit of a mystery to the BBC. Some chap allegedly shouting 'Arabic phrases'. What on earth can that be about?

The problem is eye witnesses are notoriously unreliable.

He may have been shouting in a foreign language but it may not have been anything religious. In other words may just be a nutter, either home grown or an immigrant.

and so completely off the wall again I tried to find the amount of knife crime in the UK rail system - by Using The Internet.
Following OG's point I thought this might be Relevant -that is knife crime in the UK compared to knife crime in Germany and we might find No Difference or even more in England

the only thing I could find was the Sunday post article - 50 000 assaults of various kinds and quite a lot about sex - did you er read the article ?

and I think in conclusion OG has a point

I felt quite safe in York station on Sunday, TW.

Quite possibly a home-grown nutter, YMB, but as I have said before Germany at the present does not feel like the Germany of a few years ago.
