The UK has never had a trading agreement with the US and yet the US is one of our biggest export markets (about £50bn each way last time I looked). So it seems it ain't broke so there's no need for a fix. Of course the EU may choose to force it through especialy if it is not particularly favourable to the UK. So vote leave if you don't want that to happen.
