But to humour you, I will answer it, while the likes of you may be counting the percentage of white male fire-fighters pouring water on your blazing home, I myself wouldn't care a toss if they were male, female, transvestite, black, brown, pink or yellow, providing that they put out the fire.

To those being rescued I doubt it matters a jot. However, to recruiters it does matter why they are not appealing to a significant number of potential applicants.

It is little wonder you are getting confused brought on by yours and others diverting matters from the op.

As I have previously stated I am not not concerned about religion or race when someone is doing their job, if that job is putting out blazing houses.

But to go down your diverted path, what I am concerned about is the import of masses of cheap foreign labour, thus bringing down the living standards of the British working masses, who have fought long and hard in the past to bring us up to the standard we have now become accustomed to.
