we gave £12m they spent a few quid on the building and pocketed the rest. That's what happens to foreign "aid". We should stop giving free dosh out, end of.

It seems gross incompetence not to be able to design suitable housing for the amount of money given.

The householders themselves seem genuinely grateful although embarrassed at the fact that the 'gift' is defective.

Or should I be getting hot and bothered because of the money being sent overseas in the first place...?
