The design is poor and for the money given it could have been so different.

The design is poor and for the money given it could have been so different.
It seems gross incompetence not to be able to design suitable housing for the amount of money given.
The householders themselves seem genuinely grateful although embarrassed at the fact that the 'gift' is defective.
Or should I be getting hot and bothered because of the money being sent overseas in the first place...?

who is jerking whom in this piece ?
AOg jerking around his usual adoring readership around by implying there is intention in 'making people suffer' - when there has been a charitable impulse.... erm notably absent in AOG
