I'm very pleased to hear it. I never thought he was the right candidate for the job, I don't believe he was a genuine 'Brexiter', and I suspect that now the referendum is done he doesn't want to be the one to lead the country out of the EU.
Far be it from me to intrude on private grief - particularly when you consider the farce my own party are playing out at the moment - but they are really fighting like 'a sackful of ferrets'
I think David Cameron may have a smile on his face their lunchtime for the first time in 7 days !
The public would never have trusted a serial adulterer in 10 Downing Street
"... I don't believe [Boris Johnson] was a genuine 'Brexiter'..."
Wasn't that what I was trying to say about him yesterday?
Surprised all the same to see BoJo stand down. He was apparently popular with the people. Apparently, both main parties have a problem with popular leaders...
///Theresa May will now be the Country's second female PM.
Are you happy with that ///
As long as she sticks to her pledge to take us out of the EU and curb immigration.
Lost his bottle.......more huffing and puffing than a leader .makes a mockery of the vote. Surely the new prime minister should come from brexit camp. Or maybe he was never a true brexit at all .o
