One can but hope, 3Ts, one can but hope.
Disappointingly a few days ago I read that the Scots were not too keen on independence despite being devasated by the Brexit vote. Methinks wee Burney does not quite have the grasp on the feelings of her constituents as she'd like everybody to think.

For heaven’s sake, anne!
3Ts asked a fairly light hearted question. But since you’ve turned it into a serious debate, my sentiments are genuine – I’m sick to death of Ms Sturgeon whinging on in her quest for Scottish independence and if the Scots want it that badly they are welcome to it. It will save the English taxpayers a tidy penny and see the inevitable end game in the stupid devolution process begun by Mr Blair. I cannot take the SNP too seriously. Their ridiculous quest for independence is coupled with equally ridiculous forecasts of their success as an independent nation. This will be helped greatly, no doubt, by massive “transitional” assistance from the rest of the UK. Then followed by equally massive EU grants - which they seem to think are funded by some sort of magical process which creates money - when they are immediately accepted as an EU nation in their own right.
Only when Ms Sturgeon and her supporters descend from the Cloud Cuckoo Land they seem to inhabit might I take them seriously and desist from referring to them by amusing – though hardly derogatory – nicknames.
