as anyone who has sat through a theatre performance three rows from an unthinking parent who brought their baby who then screams all the way to the interval, will testify.
there's a time and a place for interactive baby photocalls - a huge auditorium full of adults listening to a presentation (of whatever sort) isn't one of them. //
No-one would deny that crying babies are a distraction in some settings - a political rally being just one of them.
But as I pointed out - the politician with the microphone, embarrassing a potential voter in front of his supporters, simply looks like a mean misogynistic child-hating numpty.
