Why Trump Will Win
Again, it looks like no one is able to tell the Trump story correctly.
Maybe we've all run out of ways to talk about him and his presidential bid that seems legitimate.

The white working class show some support for Trump, but that's not where his main support comes from.
The poll (by Gallup, of 87,000) suggests it's the lowermiddle, and middle classes which are supporting Trump. They're no more likely to be unemployed, or have a lower income that other if they do work.
No one wants to be at the bottom of the pile, and if you're feeling the heat in second-to-last place, then you're going to vote for the chap who wants to losers of the race to stay where they are.
Anyway, that's my guess, based on the WaPo article. What's your take?

Vox pops don't reveal all that much either -- and anyway I'm sure I could do the same thing for Trump supporters (and indeed many have).
This hate campaign against Hillary Clinton is staggering. Let's just be clear here: she's a politician and has been for the last 20-odd years, and by definition that means that on occasions she has engaged in the usual policy-shifting, slip, mistakes on the job, errors of judgement, points of disagreement, demonstrations of at times a fiery temper, etc etc. Would that we had a better class of politician -- but no matter how you try to paint it, Hillary doesn't actually stand out as particularly awful. Attempts to paint her as a criminal fail because the charges made against her have failed to last at the first hurdle -- yes, I appreciate that "no charges have been brought against her" is a relatively weak defence, but equally "she's a career criminal directly and personally responsible for the deaths of four Americans, and for some massive security leaks" doesn't work as an attack either when both points have been scrutinised already and not led anywhere. The simple truth is that none of Hillary's behaviour is so exceptionally awful that the incredible hate campaign directed against her is justified. And, as we have just seen, people even throw demonstrably utterly false accusations against her -- and this is lapped up and believed.
It's simply not possible to justify this position that Hillary Clinton is in any sense "worse than Trump". We can, on the other side, paint a picture of a man with no policies -- or those that he does have change within days or even hours of being announced, and when first presented make no sense or are not policies at all, but soundbites. We have a man who, too, is facing and has faced multiple lawsuits and accusations of criminal behaviour in one form or another, typically fraud but also rape and sexual assault allegations, including some ongoing. Trump, in fact, sets a record for the number of lawsuits and legal investigations in the past of a presidential candidate, including some 170 in which Trump is personally named. It should be noted that in many of the lawsuits that have finished, Trump ended up either winning the case or cleared of charges -- but it should also be noted that Trump responds to criticisms, however slight, with what has been described as "incredible legal force" and "bullying tactics". It's entirely correct to question how far he is prepared to go in persecuting his critics and opponents should he ever hold office. In fact, he's already stated intentions to do this.
He's a proven liar, most notably about his own statements from years, months, weeks and even days ago; he's visibly unhinged, making outrageous statements that have no basis even in hyperbole, let alone actual fact. He's ... well, I could, and probably should, go on -- but the sad fact is that Trump supporters simply don't care (and even have said so). They are supporting a brand, not a president. They have been duped. Trump is treating this entire election as a chance to boost his brand, to make *him* great again; it has nothing to do with America or improving the lot of those who support him.
By any sensible measure, Trump is so, so much worse than Clinton -- and Clinton is absolutely not especially terrible in the way she's been so unfairly painted. America has better not forget this.

It should be a case of "rules" to bother to do some actual research and realise that what you posted was a quote with no factual basis whatsoever. There is no ambiguity about that. It's simply wrong, in every respect, and that you seem determined to base your opinions of Hillary Clinton on a total fabrication says a lot about you and nothing at all about Clinton.
