Morning AOG !
I have never seen anyone apologise for, or support, Choudary on AB.
We seem to be united in our condemnation of this loathsome creature, someone who should have been put away a long time ago.
The greater Muslim community in Britain must be as pleased as the rest of us.
"The Muslim Council of Britain strongly condemn the radical hate preacher, who faces jail for a terror offence"

/// AOG....actually, I am not sure why your post was removed ! ///
/// Keep beggering on ! ///
Thank you mikey, but just lately I am beginning to wonder whether or not it is all worth while.
AnswerBank over the years as been a source of much enjoyment for me, and the back and forward arguments have been all part of debate on certain news items.
But it is seems one now has to agree with certain ABs, and not to raise certain sensitive issues such as Immigration, race or certain religions for fear of one's posts or even whole thread disappearing into room 101.
But such actions will ultimately see not only those who have been suspended but also long serving members drift away from AnswerBank, and that in turn will make AB not such a popular site as it is now.

AOG - //Can't respond further, the Mods are out to get me this morning. //
That is offensive.
This is advice - which experience tells me will be met with hostility, but I will try anyway -
The Mods are not 'out to get you this morning' or any morning.
This sits is moderated for the good of everyone on it.
On the occasions I have had posts removed, I have taken the necessary step back and adjusted my approach accordingly, because the fault lies with me, not with the Moderator.
I tried to warn you about the direction of a thread, you were rude to me, and ignored me, and your thread was pulled.
Do you see a pattern emerging here?
You and I and everyone else is moderated as and when we require it.
If you feel you are receiving excessive Mod attention, maybe you should think back over the content of the posts involved - or better still, think in advance before you press the submit button.
You may be surprised to find the action on your threads and posts will diminish if you start taking responsibility for what you say and how you say it.
