Who'd be a policeman? Almost every action they take in the line of duty can be subject to an inquiry and could lead to much serious accusations being levelled against them.
Not saying that in some cases this is not the correct way to go about things, but just looking at it from a policeman's angle.
They go out for a day's policing of our streets so has to keep us all safe, not knowing during the day or night what situation they might find themselves in, and by how much things can escalate in the process of apprehending a criminal, but one has to make split second decisions and depending on whether or not those decisions are correct, can make a difference from being awarded or convicted.
