My daughter was walking home from work and was diverted because of this incident. A Muslim lady and her young daughter asked her directions to a hotel she was trying to reach and my daughter asked one policemen for directions. He did not know because he was from out of the area and the second one she asked also said he had been seconded in. What a job they have. The lady and her daughter were quite frightened but my daughter eventually got them to their hotel. Does not matter who you are incidents like this can upset anyone but as said before "Well done to our police and terrorist units".
