They are not actually on the road yet JJ, still being tested. But on the ones they are trying at the moment the 'driver' sits in the driving seat but does not have to do anything unless the computer malfunctions. Once they are fully accepted I think yes ,you will just get into the passenger seat, or there will only be passenger seats and no driver controls at all.
