We have been hearing for months now, that Trump is a very wealthy and successful business.

But now we are being told that he has lost so much money, over the last 18 years, that he hasn't made enough profit to any taxes !

You couldn't make it up !

TTT he avoided tax by claiming a loss of over $916 MILLION !!! Hardly good for someone who constantly boasts of his business acumen and success!

How did he pay for his fleet of private jets then?
I wonder how much he has to pay his accountant?
I wonder what his plans for the US economy are?
If he legally avoided taxes, good on him.

Trump has been refusing to declare his tax returns.....now we know why !
//There's no evidence at this point that Mr Trump did anything improper.//

Don't you think you should wait for more information?

Yeah.....you are right TTT....Trump is just the sort of man America needs.....makes enormous losses and doesn't pay any taxes !
TTT he avoided tax by claiming a loss of over $916 MILLION !!!
Hardly good for someone who constantly boasts of his business acumen and success!
It is highly significant that he has not even attempted to deny it, just complained that the tax returns were 'illegally obtained'. Sounds a bit like his blaming his poor showing in the TV debate on a defective microphone !
I'll say one thing for him he is a master of thinking up excuses, a natural born politician !

On the strength of this information, Trump should now either come clean or face the consequences.
What consequences? If he's done nothing illegal, there are no consequences.
"Trump has been refusing to declare his tax returns.....now we know why !" - the IRS have them and they are not kicking off so anything that's in them is legal and his business. It is the unwritten duty of all of us to avoid taxation as best we can. It is the job of government's to make the rules. If they are flawed it's their fault not the citizen. I cannot see an infringement here. Trumpageddon is coming mikey.

What consequences? If he's done nothing illegal, there are no consequences.

o dear what an innocent you are
Profumo - wilson ( purple memoranda) - Cameron all had to face the consequences of their actions ( allardyce even - and cliff )

Trump is so stopid, that he doesn't realise how all this is going to appear to the ordinary voter.....a ***-poor business man, who makes eyewateringly-large losses, and a person so dodgy that he refuses to come clean !

If everyone was like him in the States, the American economy would collapse over night.

That hole he is digging for himself just gets bigger by the day !
yes PP but trump has done nothing remotely iffy unlike the gentlemen you mention.
Mikey, //Trump is so stopid//

If you mean 'stupid' why not just say 'stupid'? 'Stopid' doesn't even read as 'stoopid'.
well mikey for someone who is so "stopid" he's done alright eh?
Mikey, who cares?
Hillary the dark angel is evil :-) And will be condemned to burn in hell fire for ever.
What IS 'stopid' ???
Mikey's failed attempt at appearing smart.
lol.
Trump is a man who has never had quite as much, or quite as little, money as he has claimed.....

'Big' business may well be impressed with his convoluted tax affairs but Joe Public, made up of the very people who have no choice but to pay their taxes, or the 'Mom and Pop' stores he's sent to the wall with his sharp practises wield a larger number of votes and are likely to be so much more unimpressed.
