No idea. Dont know what she has been charged with but in my view a s4a POA 1986 is probably made out and a s5 POA 1986 is definitely made out. On that basis anything else is irrelevant.

As far as I can see, he did nothing wrong. The law does not state that you have to pull over to let ignorant abusers pass. He might have annoyed the hell out of her, but that is no excuse for her abuse.
