/// Better he learns the best way to handle this and stays in employment rather that having to sign on every fortnight. ///

At least he would then have plenty of time on his hands so as to pray safely.

And if it also saves our children from facing danger, then that is surely a double bonus?
OK then better he doesn't learn anything from this and just draws money out week after week rather than earn a living.

He sounds a nut job. Would not be happy of him driving my children.

How many courier delivery drivers or Uber taxis do you see the drivers park up and pray at the side of the road, with most being muslims.
I did not say he should not be fired if you read my reply before launching in - I stated I don't know his employment history and consequently any past infringements.
^I don't think drawing benefits is compulsory. He could always do something else for a living. Just a thought.
I use taxis very often for short, medium and long distance travel - 95% plus are Muslim and not one has ever stopped to pray.

A few do so as they drive, quietly under their breath.
Fair enough, cripes anyone would think I'd congratulated the daft man.
It would be interesting to see/hear a response from the teachers and the school.
Sounds like gross misconduct to me which is grounds for dismissal in most responsible companies.
he could have said a quiet prayer of absitinance to himself and carried on..which is permitted by muslims when it is not convenient for prayer

'These people' refers to the fanatical Muslims that seem to think no rules apply to them.

I am unsure, apart from mischief making, why anyone would think it applied to Muslims who do not go out of their way to bend our rules and culture.

//Luke Hanna is the headteacher of Meon Junior and was concerned by the driver’s actions. He added: ‘We have raised our concerns with the coach operator hired for this visit and they’ve apologised and assured us that this wouldn’t happen again.’ //

Yes but you also chose to add this:

/// Better he learns the best way to handle this and stays in employment rather that having to sign on every fortnight. ///

Sounds very much like you don't want him to become unemployed to me.

As do some of their passengers.
I don't want or demand anything - I'll leave that to those who do.

If you disapprove of the way the company is running itself I'm sure there's a governing body you can report them to.

I'll let the thread alone now, seems I'm out of step with all ( or most) and cluttering it up.
He`ll probably be fired anyway. The norm is to suspend someone pending investigation before dismissal

next time I suggest he stops on a motorway and prays in the outside lane.
