Its not just me that is having a deja vu experience here I take it !
If we hang on long enough, perhaps they will be bringing Robert Kilroy-Silk back again !

/// I have just heard on the World at One, that Farage has now said that he won't vote for
Evans ! ///
UKIP....the gift that can't stop giving !
And that is news???? Take a look at your rambling party.
It is Labour....the gift that can't stop giving.
But perhaps 'Gift' is the wrong word to use in their case, who would wish to receive them?

/// AOG....its just as I thought then....you haven't any comments about UKIP ! ///
What apart from titter tatter, can be said about UKIP at the moment?
Let's wait until they have have a new leader and regrouped, then I think we will have a lot to debate about, as they take over vast numbers of disillusioned Labour voters.

I am not sure if AB was around then, but I wonder what would have been the reaction on here if it had ? What would all our right-wingers have been using as excuses for why the Tory Party lost so badly, in such a landslide ? 2
In 1997 Mikey a lot of these folk would have been voting for Tony Blair and 6 years later were all for invading Iraq. They won't admit it now though :-)
As for UKIP destroying Labour, I think you'll find it's Labour and no one else who's been best at doing that: UKIP it was who consigned Cameron, Osborne and Gove to the political history classes. On the one hand, well done UKIP, on the other "ooh be careful what you wish for" And I speak as one who deplored the coalition government of 2010 at the time. Seems like good times compared to now :-)
