I have just asked if anyone remembers the US election of 1964 where LBJ was up against Barry Goldwater
Goldwater was controversial in the way Trump is today, and opinion was 'neck to neck' , as today !
But there was supposed to be a 'secret hidden majority' of Goldwater supporters who would come out on polling day and ensure victory. In the end LJB won by the largest majority ever known!
