Its completely immaterial who the Judges were. They sit in the High Court, and should have the respect due to them. Its at times like this, that the DM shows its real agenda.

Its sometimes difficult to understand that the DM is the same newspaper that campaigned so successfully in the Stephen Lawrence affair, for which they were awarded such high praise.

I think sometimes papers sometimes chase their own stereotypes in order to sell copy. And they are in major competition with the Express, so they probably thought they should "out-Express" them, fearing the other lot might go with "Gay EU pervert Nazi judges in Madeline Princess Di cover-up shock horror"

In some cases it is important that we know what Judge's background are, so that their impartiality can be proven.

In this case I think they were anti-Brexit, so not really impartial, don't you think?

But their sexuality in this case is of no importance, but then could be regarding gay issues.

This is nonsense and I think people know it. The judges have ruled that the law is clear and has to be followed. All we can do is wait and see if there is an appeal and they were shown to be mistaken in their interpretation

FF....100% correct. The Judges have made the only decision that they could have,, which is why any appeal will probably fail, no matter who is on the Appeal Panel.
