Another Europhile Calling Brexiteers Stupid"

Of course this bloke has never been elected into Politics. How the hell did he get into the House of Lords? Oh yes, he helped write the Lisbon Treaty! That says it all.

We became the worlds fifth biggest economy in spite of being part of Europe, think what we could do without

Are you suggesting, Eddie, that unless the Lisbon Treaty contained an escape clause, no nation would ever be able to leave?
All A50 does is provides the EU with a two year negotiating window to screw all it can out of the escapee. Were it not there a member could simply say "that's it, we're off" and that would be that. Members signed the Treaty knowing that the way to leave (bar breaking the terms of the treat, which no member wold do) was via A50.

I don't really understand what you mean Togo. The U.K. will never be non existent. We have the fifth biggest economy in the world. Our economic growth is greater than all of the of the EU countries. We are the second biggest contributor to NATO after the USA and we will continue as a global trading nation after the EU implodes which it certainly will.
Ah but Linda, when they manage to lock us in with no escape, our economic growth will become theirs. Our Nato contributions will become theirs( and the security that we fund will become primarily theirs). Then when the house of cards does collapse the bill to sort it out will once again become .....ours.
