I thought the way that the perpetrators were described (amongst other things) was a bit odd, so I looked up the "New Observer". mmmm, an English "independent news" site hosted in Russia for white-English "interests".

the fire was widely reported at the time but there's very little non-sensationalist reporting about the resultant legal moves (which I assume is why the matter is being aired again) - the most - ahem - balanced report I can find is in the Daily Mail.....
