This man was recently jailed for 12 years a few weeks ago, and was considering an appeal. At least his victims will now be spared that indignity.

personally, I would have preferred him to have lived long enough to be knocked back.

Dreadful man jno, but I am glad that his victims won't have to give any more testimony again.
And we dont have to pay for the NONCE either, either jail time or the disgusting appeal.
did he die from having a sharpened toothbrush stuck in him ...
sort of natural causes in a prison....

however mikey everyone is allowed a defence
and can appeal if they have grounds

Justice Melford ( Melly - good old melly - hanger melly ) Stevenson said of the Krays, criminals that he had sent down ; " they only told the truth twice during their trial. The judge is bent and the crown prosecutor is a poof."
I hope there is better justice around these days
Question Author
PP...there is no evidence as yet, as to the cause of his death, although he wasn't a well man when he was sentenced apparently.

Despite the odious nature of Anglesea, I would never condone him being murdered while in prison.
It feels like he has cheated justice.
Question Author
Gromit....if he had died before sentencing, then I would have some sympathy with that view. But he died knowing that he would never leave the prison system alive.

Latest news from the Beeb is that his death will bring victims "some closure", a charity boss has said. ::::
