It's not good, but then to balance things I have seen dustcart drivers appearing to deliberately block the road when seeing a car when they could have easily move a couple of foot to one side.

Works both ways is what I am saying.

Our bins are emptied on a Friday and for some unknown reason they do my road between 08.30 and 09.00 just when the yummy mummies are taking their kids to school. You should see some of their driving with kids on board.
