Nine dead and many injured. So sad, it was inevitable they would hit the cowards' favourite targets. I'm surprised that the driver is still alive, shoot to kill is needed.

It's already a terror attack. Has all the hallmarks of an ISIS inspired attack. Any references to 'mental illness' always comes from the police/authorities in the first instance ather than from anyone on here as far as I know

I have never seen anyone making excuses for terror attacks - what I have seen is the other side being given to balance out incidents where it may not have been a terrorist attack.
