TTT - //what I don't get is all you lefties spit the dummy out at the slightest un PC transgression yet you are happy to defend the most bigoted hate filled bunch on the planet. // I am unsure to whom you refer by 'the most hate-filled bunch on the planet ... - I assume you mean Muslims? I for one am happy to defend them from untrue and inflammatory tripe like this, and...

///Are you saying Katie is an arsonist?///

Asks someone who obviously hasn't a clue what the thread is about.

/// I have far better things to do with my time than read anything Ms. Hopkns may put into the public arena ///

Then you admit to not being in the position to criticise anything that you have not even read?
^ Ha !
Happy Christmas to you Baldric. In your haste make a dig you may have failed to notice that a post just before mine said "no smoke without fire"
I was pointing out that the fire here was started by Katie.

it might be a case of not having sufficient proof to back up the allegations.

undoubtedly. Insufficient as in "none at all" perhaps.

/// but I doubt those who follow the profession of journalist would count Ms. Hopkins in their ranks! ///

There you go speaking on behalf of others once again,

She is not only a columnist, but also a television
personality.

/// Katie Olivia Hopkins (born 13 February 1975) is an English television personality and newspaper columnist. ///

Or should wikipedia also be taken to court for lying as well?
Can't be bothered to read this thread about a loud mouthed nobody ... But I
I can't help but notice the contributors out in force who have no thoughts on the Berlin atrocity.
Maybe they don't want to be accused of trying to cause a diversion, talbot
Whatever their reason I find it bizarre.
Talbot....nobody has started a thread on the Berlin terrorist attack yet !
?

//The "others" can speak for themselves TTT, but this is my reply.

"I have never defended Terrorists of any kind.... Muslim or not. If some Muslims decide to execute gay people or raped women, I will not condone such actions, not will anybody else on here.!//

Although such actions are not "condoned" they are rarely criticised either by some. There is actually a query as to whether there is a thread covering the Berlin atrocity, by one who adopts a scatter gun approach to the "bank" and news in particular. Selected news threads. You know the ones, the ones that are not about Layboor's marvellous policies or terrorist immigrant activity.

"Talbot....nobody has started a thread on the Berlin terrorist attack yet"

"?"

..as in maybe you should start one rather than trying to troll this thread off in another direction.

Despite my obvious mischievous intent, I'm impressed that this thread has not degenerated into any (particularly) nasty mud hurling!
Well done folks, season of good will and all that, what what :-)
I think the point being made (and not for the first time) is that if you comment on one thread you ought to balance that by posting on one that may come from the opposite angle.

ie - there are threads on the Berlin attack but maybe some who were supposed (?) to post haven't.

Who is the arbiter of these views I don't know.

It makes you wary of commenting in case you are away from the screen the next day and miss a thread you should have posted on thereby redressinf the balance.

I may of course be imagining this new trend.

But this is a totally separate issue.
It is yes.
