That is a completely different story Hymie, there will be lots of people who are concerned for the Queens health, and wish to know if she is improving, but I can't imagine why anyone would be interested to hear that a former female Asda worker is pregnant due to the donation of sperm from someone on Facebook, and after the birth, she will get rid of her lady bumps to become a man! It's a mad world.
When my Tom cat got neutered it didn't become a Tabby. All this gender fluid nonsense should not be supported by the NHS. To be brutal if you were born with a penis you are a man, born with a vagina a woman. No amount of stitching things up and turning things inside out can change that fact. I understand a miniscule amount of babies born have both male and female genitalia but this really is miniscule in comparison to the what is now very fashionable non gender gender. You may feel like a different gender inside but that's mental problems ,not physical, in my opinion.

You put forward:
but this really is miniscule in comparison to the what is now very fashionable non gender gender.
I don't think many who go through the gender reassignment surgery do it for reasons of fashion.
I suspect there is a lot more to it, as it involves an entire change of life - and is permanent.
Perhaps what we're seeing is a better understanding of what trans people go through. I cannot imagine anything as soul destroying as living your life with a brain disagreeing with what your body is telling you.
Far too many people living like this kill themselves. That to me is a very important consideration when dealing with, and understanding gender dysmorphia.

rockyroad - //When my Tom cat got neutered it didn't become a Tabby. //
And if you castrate a man, he does not become a woman - gender reassignment is far from that simple, and I am sure you are aware of that.
// All this gender fluid nonsense should not be supported by the NHS. //
Fortunately, the NHS decides on its treatments and surgeries on the basis of rather more than the fact that one contributor regards it as 'nonsense'.
// To be brutal if you were born with a penis you are a man, born with a vagina a woman. No amount of stitching things up and turning things inside out can change that fact. //
That's is not so much brutal, as overly simplistic. You can offer an opinion from a position of ignorance, but you cannot state it as a fact, because factually you are incorrect.

If this woman is living with such a soul destroying problem it’s incredibly selfish of her to even consider bringing a child into the world. Poor kid. I’m not surprised NHS doctors refused to freeze her eggs.
