I'm not sure if you have seen the earlier posts from eddie and others, fender, but these people have been given permits to fly under a corrupt system in involving Nigerian officials. The Nigerian airline officials currently have no interest in or authority to stop them boarding in Nigeria.
However, I thought visitors to the UK from places like Nigeria need a visa though and have to buy some sort of bond to cover potential NHS costs. Is that not the case with these Nigerian tourists?
