No, he's better than that, the 'politicians' have allowed foreign companies to build factories in Mexico (as BMW are doing) and using cheap labour export cars into the US undercutting American vehicles and all while the car workers in Detroit have lost their jobs.
Trump being a sensible businessman says "no", you can pay an import duty.
It looks like the American workers are going to get more jobs a fairer deal.
