She will charm Trump and exude the power of history at him whilst being gracious. By so doing she will accomplish a positive future for her realm. I'm quite intrigued to imagine Melania's contemplations of her wardrobe for the visit, which should be soon.
No. All heads of state get an invite. Even truely repugnant ones have had state visits and although Trump is divisive and not to everyone's sensibilities he is the president.
