It's a lot of Burton for one Flat, sounds like an error anyway.

£150,000 isn't a lot of money for a flat in some parts of Britain. Even here in Swansea you can pay a lot more than that,

No it isn't TTT, and that is the point of my post. Its all explained in the link. His solicitor should have seen that coming and warned him. Its nothing but a scam but it would appear to be a legal scam....the worst kind.
