no it means the civil service in London is sewing panic and uncertainty where it should ensuring continuity

current taxpayers ( that would be tax paying EU nationals as well ) pay for the NHS in the current financial year and so it follows that they should be allowed to use it

are politicans playing up to racist xenophobes like AOG with regulations like this ?

I seem to remember being told, though, that people who voted Leave were not against migration per se - they were just against uncontrolled migration, and against illegal immigration. Here, though, the Leavers seem to be delighted with a government decision to penalize people who are here legally, self-sufficient and in millions of cases married to British spouses.

What exactly have these people done wrong? Because as far as I can tell, the only answer appears to be "exist as a foreigner in the UK".
