Some do so like to make the tenuous non point. Turkey may well not be in the Schengen "zone". But once the immigrants from Turkey and other unstable regimes gain access to the EU Schengen "zone" they are free to roam. Madness, but the breaking point is coming, this summer most likely.

Infested means to be present in large numbers. They're not large numbers. Tora and his sidekick like to try and make a point by using tabloid vocabulary and like most tabloid articles, it's usually exaggerated to try and justify their skewed view of the world.
