But no, in the article it is later made clear that she is of Indian decent, the Sub continent of India you understand.

Why do some find the need to prefix their countries of origin when describing themselves?
Indian American, African American, Afro Caribbean etc.

I'm no fan of Trump or Spicer but in this instance I'm with Spicer, he was 'off duty' and she decided to be exceptionally rude to him then wondered why he retaliated, hiding behind whatever ethnicity she now claims. Who said If you can't stand the heat keep out of the kitchen?

Just another virtue signaller. They do so love to open up in attack mode, but swiftly turn all hurt and wronged when faced up. Now the complaint is.“That is racism and it is an implied threat. What did he say? ‘Such a great country that allows you to be here’.” It tells you more about her "attitude" concerning her perceived rights and inheritance, and most of our very own second generation immigrants for that matter, when it comes to accepting the host Nation's right to govern and decide what is best for the whole. She then goes on to say “I am still stunned by the boldness of having my citizenship threatened on camera". Notice he is "bold"(as in uncaring and insensitive) for pointing out that America was free and democratic long before her valued input. So she twists it into what can only be her biggest fear. ie. India is still there and welcomes activists and attention seekers. Go find gal. Meeh.

Now did Apple know of this, and are they happy to be linked with it, because you know how aggressive they are in protecting their "brand" and ownership. As are all Countries that allow migrants and indeed welcome them, despite the evidence more and more suggesting that, perhaps such Countries need to perhaps be more perceptive and prepared to inspect and monitor the motives of said immigrants. Not just in the short term either, as we are learning to our displeasure.

it seems obviously a phone to me
which is why it was so wobbly as she was getting emotional as well

God knows what the rules in Washington / New York - they are probably one sided ( one party should know it is recorded but not necessary for both ) in which case it is hardly secret ....and erm she knew

as for apples permission - good one
