Because it may convey to those who think that certain extremists of the Islamic faith are not just residing in the ghettos of London and certain Northern Cities, but can now be expanding into other areas of the UK, such as Wales and perhaps in Cornwall, who knows where, until they are hunted down, as in this particular case, before they can inflict their terrorism on the innocence.
