so not just coloured people, i mean come on.

Ghastly little man. He'll find any problems he has are caused by not treating people with respect, rather than specific groups. We have rental properties and no 'rules' as such about who can and can't rent them and we always tell people that the house is their home, to redecorate do whatever they fancy as if it were theirs. We ask them to be courteous to neighbours and not to behave like someone they wouldn't want to live next door to. We've had tenants for upwards of 10 years in the same house, and we very rarely have any issues because we treat people with respect and they oddly enough respond likewise. What a ghastly little cockroach of a man this guy is :(
