Bbc Already Biased On Day 1
I have just looked at this morning's reporting online of Brexit in both the Telegraph and the BBC, has anyone looked? The Telegraph is full of optimism and the BBC is so down beat. High on the BBC UK homepage is Tarzan's usual doom-laden diatribe, and it informs us that the residents of Spain think it is bad (despite nothing having yet happened.)
Recently a group of back-benchers called for some form of action to be taken about BBC bias, do they have a point, or are we in for 2 years of this?

It was attacked for bias on both sides during the Troubles in Northern Island.
It was attacked by her detractors and supporters over its coverage of Baroness Thatcher's funeral.
This is just another verse of that tune.

Of course I provide links to what I believe.
It's literally what everyone does when they put forward an argument.
My point about this tune is that the BBC isn't biased.
Because of its impartiality, it's the news source that most of us go to when we want the facts.
If the BBC sneakily tried to editorialise by colouring its output by bending the truth, then claims of bias would be entirely right.
But what the BBC is doing is presenting a variety of opinions throughout its organisation, television, radio and online.
When Andrew Marr or John Humphries slaughter opposition leaders, no-one shouts about bias.
We only hear this when one of the sacred cows are prodded.

anne //So..... If negotiations are not favourable to Britain ( which they won't be ) its the fault of the BBC.? //
Not quite, but they shouldn't be negative about it. What the BBC says is observed around Europe, saying nothing is better than running straight for a statement from Heseltine, Clegg or some bozo who lives in Alicante writing "bad" in the sand.

erm no - the papers are allowed to have a 'view' - Teleg right wing and Grauniad - left leaning and everyone knows
tee vee stations have to be more central and balanced
( tee vee news is more credible apparently)
The beeb making a boob ? or more than one ?
no this time I think
Put simply - because I am speaking to rabid Brexiters and they simple on vuh jam-today-angle. You have to be pretty gormless to swallow the " and £350m a week can be spent on the NHS!" lie after all.
Our wise masters are using c/p to put all EU law into English Law AND search-and-insert "UK" for "EU" in the Great Repeal Bill.
( repealing nothing, but that of course is another story)
yeah so any "EU law/rule" now reads "UK law/rule" - clevuh huh ?
the difficult of today 9am is that s/o has at last noticed something like
"EU law is superior and takes precedence to UK law on this matter"
would now read
"UK law is superior and takes precedence to UK law on this matter"
and as such a rule of law is rendered into nonsense
Oh god no tell me no it cant be that simple ?
'they' have taken a year to realise things are not that simple ?
the alternative fact is that all the above is 'not true'
please please let the alternative fact be the valid one for once
Let sanity prevail ! etc etc
our legislators cant be this bad and unprepared!
fact: they caaaaaaaan !
