the result in this referendum is almost the same as that of our own - the difference is that in Turkey, unstamped ballot papers are being accepted. this is akin to the three fifths of five eighths of f**-all argument postulated on this forum whereby non-votes were to be assumed to be votes for the status quo, ie remain.
perhaps that's where the remainers went wrong, in not actually counting non-votes?
