sp; In Germany there is a 15 year 'lifetime sentence' for murder which means, that after 15 years the authorities check whether the convict may be released or not. There is the possibility for the court when sentencing, can give an order that the convicted must not be released after 15 years, when the offender has committed a murder that is extremely grave, which in my opinion this certainly is.
