I agree with you choux. A friend of my daughter's married with only weeks to live - he fought his way down the aisle. Shan't ever forget it and the love that was there. He was in his early 20s.

I'm glad that everyone had a happy day - but such a lot of money!

Quite so,jourdain. I look at all the photos in the media and hear David Essex singing 'Oh what a circus'. I read about the second wedding and that was far more heartfelt, imo.

Some rather sour comments here. Why is it necessary for people to moan about things like this? I didn't pay it that much attention but I was happy for a young couple setting off in life together. It's such a shame that people seem to begrudge other people's happiness.
