Labour always was a socialist party, the fact that it was hijacked by Blairite 'Red Tories' doesn't change that- interesting that you think it helpful to your own cause that the two parties be almost indistinguishable until recently, I'd have though that would have been more of a hinderance and that you'd have welcomed a return to a more left wing version of the party.

Theresa May is a liar. I find it immensely confusing how anyone lands at the decision to vote for her - she has reversed every single major political decision she has made in the past year (Brexit, VAT/NI, Election, Social care). She has no consistency. I noticed on the interview session last night she got plenty of applause by repeating the "no deal is better than a bad deal" line. I couldn't help but wonder on what basis any of the people applauding believed she would still think that in 2 years time...
