So why is it happening?

They may be treading that fine line between appeasing hatemongering throwbacks and having their followers see any action taken as a slight on their cult and justification to go off on one.

Their rage is a godly rage and as such should be seen as justifiable by the world at large and not just an excuse to vent their anger on innocent men, women and especially, children.

The second bit's the one that should be acted on right away though, you don't keep a dog about the place once it's foaming at the mouth.
