Our Failed Immigration System

Below is an example of why so many people in this country are disgusted and ashamed of our so called immigration policy.

At one time we DID have a great country. Living in England was something to be proud of. BEING English was something to be proud of.

But then we began to let in anyone and everyone. Little check was made on if these people coming would be a benefit to this country, we just let them in (or did little to stop them coming in) and now we are suffering as a result.

Look at the two people in this report. What on earth are they doing in this country. why on earth did we let them (or their parents) in.

They seem only one step up from animals living in the jungle (worse in fact). And the suffering of that poor child makes you want to cry.

THIS is why so many of us get annoyed at our immigration "policy" of the last 30 or 40 years.

I blame ALL political parties here, not just Labour, or Tories, or Lib Dems (plus all the other parties) because those in power, and those NOT in power, have never stood up and said what we are doing was a mistake.

And anyone who did raise it as an issue was called a racist. Only in the last couple of years has it become an issue that we can talk about.

Sadly we now have millions in this country who should not be here, and we are stuck with them.

Not only the terrorists, but the drug dealers, the benefit fraudsters, the pick pockets, the child murderers (like these two) and so on.

What COULD have been a great country is now a dumping ground for the scum of the world.

And I find it very sad.

Well actually I do take it personally, I pay my taxes have lived here since I was 4 so why should I have to do this every time?

If people integrated into our society, the colour of their skin is irrelevant. Where they come from bringing cultural diversity is refreshing. But conclaves of none English speaking immigrated peoples, after years of being here. A stubborn refusal to absorb our culture, there starts a problem.

I know lots of people who were born abroad and they have no more bother with passports than I do ...

Comrade Smith, and Tommy Hearns look-a-likey, both born abroad one black one white used to get the old 1 year passports every year no bother.

I know things are stricter now but we also know why that is don't we?

Talbot I am pleased for them, but as the country of my birth no longer has the status it did when I was born there - I struggle each time!

I have read through this thread and cannot see much support for the Guilbert's thread, why has there not been any condemnation against these two monsters crime, I ask myself, the poster has not mentioned the colour of these creature's skin, but then I opened the link and as I suspected they were black.

No mention of poor little Jeremiah Regis-Ngawah who sustained horrible injuries from this savage pair which resulted in his slow agonising death.

Instead condemnation and name calling aimed at the poster, arguments regarding passports and criticisms for calling our great country England instead of the UK or Britain.

If the two sub-species who killed this little lad had happened to be 'one of our own' the likes of mikey and sp would have been first to enter a thread on it.

You should be ashamed of yourselves, these killers happened to be black and most likely guests to this country, get over it.

Naomi, yes I have a British passport but so far everytime I have renewed it I have had to provide further evidence and information and wait over the allocated time.
The last time I spent 3 hours in meetings giving them information, then they did extended checks on me before allowing me a passport.
As I renewed last year I thought I was safe for the next 10 years, but due to my weight loss I will have to get yet another new passport next year!

That may well be right to a certain extent, but brought on by that particular case highlighted in the BBC link that Guilbert provided.
