No he did not say that. He was asked that and he said he thought it was wonderful how much the Labour vote had increased and that he thought Teresa May ought to stand down, and that they were willing to seve the country when asked about a minority government.
No, to win the election he needed to have the most seats which he has not.
Well, he would say that wouldn't he, but I don't see him getting in a bullet proof limo to take residence at No10 so.......he didn't. I know what he means but he's ignoring the fact that May's diabolical campaigning & the youth vote handed him the victories.

Yes he did I just wound it back and checked.
So a fake news post !!!!!!!
kvalidir, //they were willing to seve the country when asked about a minority government.//

Is that ‘save’, ‘serve’, or ‘sieve’? (So many definitions of the latter).

His Rs fallen off.
In terms of shifting votes towards his party, he won it in spades. In terms of getting the most members and forming a government he is nowhere near. I didn't see the interview but suspect context is important.
A wee bit petty Naomi, sore loser maybe, you'll need to find another cause to evangelize on , you've done religion , politics what next ?
I see the bottom feeders are out in force.
Seems like a big win for Corbyn - he was someone who was discounted by many, who managed to inspire a great turn out at the very least.
Can't disagree there.
anneasquith, careful... ;o)
Insightful. Is that the right word?
v_e, rotten speller. ;o)
no they have not won but they have clearly improved their position. As I have said several times TM ran a terrible campaign but I thought they'd still get a majority but that did not happen. Congrats to Labour and jezza, an excellent result for them.
Have we slipped into a parallel universe or summink?
no ZM just accepting the will of the people, remoaners, take note!
