How Can The Dup Conservative Pact Function With Evel?
I've just realised in the wake of the election 'understanding' that the DUP and Conservatives can't possible function as a Government because of EVEL. The reality is that the English Tories cannot legally rely on either the Scots conservatives and certainly not the DUP which leaves them unable to command a majority in the house of commons and thus unable to form a government surely?
