Here in U.S. a lot is being said about the above 2 parties and how they need to reach an agreement tomorrow. My question is, how does Sinn Fein come into it?!????!!

The DUP and Sinn Fein are the 2 biggest parties in the devolved NI at Stormont, so they need to agree to some kind of power sharing, in order for Stormont to resume governing NI.
