Good news for the UK , but I'm never going to be able to afford Clarks shoes. I have bought them for my grandchildren ( all 12 of them) , but they cost £38 a pair and they still grow out of them in 6 months.
As an aside can anyone remember those X Ray machines they had in shoe shops? You put your feet in them and looked at the screen so that you could see how well your foot fitted into the shoe and if your toe bones had enough room!

Here you are , the X ray machines were called fluoroscopes, or pediscopes .
