When protest marches are carried out, one will get many type of person join in to voice and display their own particular agenda, in this case Neo-Nazis and White Supremacists, but also protectors of historical statues may also join in, the latter are probably the 'FINE PEOPLE' Trump is referring to.
But who he is referring to amongst the anti-protesters, is anyone's guess.
