I'm also having problems deciphering some of them, but I reckon it's meant to say .... errmm .... orgasam (orgasm) :)
I'm also guessing:

NE67 ECT = neglect

and NO67 MUM = No mum (this one is explained on that link)

Car Reg word games are almost as much fun as deciphering AB replies.
They have always done this, censoring number plates, nothing new.

yeah, for obvious 3 letter words etc, but they are usually decipherable.
Perhaps they're rude in Polish or Somalian.
