mikey...thank you again......at last a useful reply to my posts. You are correct.....why use the word "immigrants"...a good question, as i find it more difficult as time goes on to find a name for a group of people that doesn't upset anyone. I thought hard as to how one would describe, a no white community and that word seemed the least offensive. Oh! and...

aog, //I see you have joined in with the pack, but since you seem once again to have your argumentative bloomers firmly in place, I have chosen just to ignore you. //

You should know by now I never join packs - I don't crave, seek, or need the endorsement of others. Furthermore, the reason you've chosen to ignore me is because my question is too close to the bone for you. You are utterly transparent, aog.

/// For no other reason than to satisfy AOG's nosiness.... ///

How many more times it was not I who asked the question in the first place.

/// and you are right, Islay, he'll use it against anyone prepared to 'fess-up at some point. ///

What you mean just like the likes of you use my age, my sex or my political leanings are used against me?

Incidentally I do know that sp1814 is both black and homosexual, but I never use those facts against him, only if it is to counter argument anything he may use against my colour or the fact that I am heterosexual.

Have I ever condemned or insulted you because I know that you are a Lesbian?
Your tendency to use catch all ie 'The likes of you' makes sure you leave no one unaccounted for.
I'd quite like to take a test to see what percentage of me is black or white - purely for curiosity.

The acid attacks are about as low as you can get Eddie, seems fortunate it was not as serious as it could have been.

/// I keep telling you AOG, we can see through you. Well, some of us can. ///

Anyone can say that about anyone, it's not worth the paper it is written on, or even the screen it is viewed on.
Doesn't matter whether the question has been asked a thousand times. You still asked it.

The things used against you are your impoliteness, racist viewpoints, far right political views, inability to answer people like an adult, the fact that you tie yourself in knots because you confuse posts with the amount of spurious baggage you bring to threads (like bringing up the RAF and slavery), constant claims that Britain was once great (and a refusal to say when), claims that Britain is being overrun by immigrants, claims that crime is out of control.

I'm sure there are a few more but that'll do for now.
/// Doesn't matter whether the question has been asked a thousand times. You still asked it. ///

So everyone is allowed to ask a question except me it seems, and even when it has been asked before?

/// The things used against you are your impoliteness, ///

If I happened to be on a site where politeness was paramount then being the polite person that I am, I would find it very easy to be polite also. but since I am not on such a site, then I believe in 'when in Rome do as the Romans do', since that seems to be the only language that they understand, poor dears.

/// racist viewpoints, far right political views, ///

What you really mean, is anything that goes against far-left political views.

/// inability to answer people like an adult, ///

Yes I will hold my hands up there, but when dealing with non adults one must once again speak to them in the manner that they might understand, not always successful though since some are very slow on the uptake.

/// the fact that you tie yourself in knots because you confuse posts with the amount of spurious baggage you bring to threads (like bringing up the RAF and slavery), ///

All brought on by those who I have described before as being a little slow on the uptake.

/// constant claims that Britain was once great (and a refusal to say when), ///

Britain once was great, never heard of Great Britain? If you want to know when, may I suggest that you refer to some history books and I don't mean those that have recently been re-written.

/// claims that Britain is being overrun by immigrants, ///

Take a ride through some of the cities and city areas such as Tower Hamlets,

/// claims that crime is out of control. ///

Well it certainly not under control.

/// I'm sure there are a few more but that'll do for now. ///

And thanks for that, I love to prove how completely wrong you always are.
lmao AOG you have not answered a single question but dodged every single one of them!!
There are times when others have worded things far better than I ever could.

mamya; I'm loath to click on unspecified links any more, since the other day I did so from AB and it took me to a book called 'The Boy in a Skirt' and now I'm getting very strange suggestions in my mail!
'So everyone is allowed to ask a question except me it seems, and even when it has been asked before?'

This is a classic example of you unnecessarily muddying the waters with miss understanding. I didn't say anything whatsoever about you not being allowed to ask questions. I merely pointed out that you had ask a question.

As for politeness; in this thread alone you've commented:
'I can not be held responsible for your own inferiority complex.'

'But feel free to ask other stupid questions, but then you usually do. '
How can you maintain your claim to be polite when the evidence is there for all to see.

As for my other points, I notice you don't deny them and try to explain them away with more child like reasoning.

As I keep saying. We can see through you.
Zacs-Master

/// As I keep saying. We can see through you. ///

I'd rather be transparent than blatantly obvious, such as you.
I have no idea what that's supposed to mean. As usual, I can see all the words but they don't really make a meaningful sentence.
Simply a quote Khandro, I use Tinyurl to shorten very long links not to trick anyone.

I would never be so risqué as to link to a David Walliams book (Boy in a Dress?).
just in case Khandro hasn't clicked on the link :

'You get better by being better; not bitter.
Bitterness is an attachment to the past, being better is an investment in your future.

I like that a lot.
Ta Alba.x
"it would seem that it is sp and myself who are prepared to state the colour of our skins"

So then, it's 50/50?
