The French themselves somewhere say it is based in their history as the north african colonies were integrated into the metropolitan political structure
[so the english equivalent would be that there was an MP for Pretoria and he would sit in the London House of Commons]
This in itself wouldlead to greater migration / immigration and account for the 11% prevalence of north african immigrants
who are mainly now marginalised, unemployed and live in ghettos

Living off the public purse, then. That's a comment on the last two points. Need a concrete example before I can get what "marginalised" might mean.
OK, that's the profile (am I allowed to use that word?) of the typical terrorist.
So, taking different case, if a family is given refuge, a home and a living in a country, and the kids grow up, are given schooling and attend university, and that same produced a terrorist, then that would be a surprising anomaly, wouldn't it?
I present exhibit A: "Salman Abadi a 22-year man of Libyan decent who was born and grew up in Manchester".
To be followed by further anomalies - exhibits B-Z.
