If the bomb had not malfunctioned and killed and maimed a lot of people, which it was intended to do, perhaps the response would be different.
To me Talbot, and I suspect yourself, it is just as serious even though it didn't kill anyone as the intention was there and that's what counts.

If we become accepting of such things then that's a worry, relief at lack of loss of life is very different to acceptance.

I feel dreadfully sorry that Foster Carers are asked to care for young people and even when they are discovered to be a big problem, they are released back into their care, the carers as well as the population as a whole deserves better than that.
